A direct, administration free link into the ProNet database for your candidates.

The RDB Candidate Portal gives them the ability to update their own details, add new CVs, view upcoming interviews and bookings, manage their diaries, contact their consultant, download contract documentation and access other features, such as personalised job alerts.

Main Features

  1. E-mail job alerts/Saved Searches -When a user of the website subscribes to e-mail alerts, new jobs matching their requirements will be sent to them automatically, which improves your chances of getting jobs under your candidates noses in the shortest possible time. One client (with only ten consultants) has calculated that he makes four extra placements a month as a result of offering e-mail alerts. How much would that be worth to YOUR business? You could always ask candidates at interview if they want to subscribe - and subscribe them yourself - meaning that even more of your candidates will be able to find out about your jobs as soon as you publish them in your ProNet database!

  2. RSS Feeds - The RDB Web Suite gives registered users the opportunity to subscribe to an RSS feed. This means that when you publish your job in ProNet, that job will appear almost instantly in the news reader/e-mail application for your candidate. How cool is that?! Again, this increases your chance that your candidate will find out about your new job from you - NOT someone else. Naturally this will mean more placement fees.

  3. Self Selection for jobs - A massively beneficial feature that is almost impossible for anyone to replicate. When a candidate applies for a job through the website - that candidate is automatically added to the review screen for the job - an alert is sent to the consultant telling him that someone has applied for the job they are looking after. All this is happening in real-time! Just review the CV, modify as required, and forward to the client - massively increasing your productivity and helping you get your candidate in front of your client before any one else does - and with full compliance. More placements yet again.

  4. Self Maintenance / Update personal details - Registered candidates can manage their own basic information (to be honest this can be as much as you want with customisation) such as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other contact information. This means that there is a much better chance that when you try to contact someone - your information is going to be correct. They can even submit an updated CV. Less wasted time - more efficiency - more placements, more money.

  5. Self Maintenance of Availability Diary - The availability diary in ProNet is excellent - but it’s only as good as the information in it. We provide an online diary for your candidates that they can maintain themselves. They can add their un-availabilities meaning that when you run your searches (particularly useful when you have temps that work for more than one agency) you know that the people who say that they are available are truly available. You can be far more confident of your search results and will be able to make more bookings rather than chasing people to find out whether they can work or not. Massive time saver, improves efficiency, makes you look better in the eyes of your clients, and makes you more money.

  6. Radius Searching - Candidates are not only able to search for jobs by location but also within a radius of their specified location. If they log in they don’t even have to specify the location - the application can check their ProNet record. This saves them time and makes your job board a nicer place to be. Very important when so many boards are fighting for their attention. Only applicable where you have a locations table. Third Party Postcode Software license is required to run this feature.

  7. Job Application History - Registered users can review the jobs they applied for.

  8. Request documents - Registered users can request P45, P46, P11 etc...

  9. HTTP Secure - The RDB Candidate Portal is Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https).
  10. Web Stats - Detailing:
  • Job Views - How many times a Job is viewed.
  • Registrations - Who has registered and when.
  • User Logins - Who has logged in and how many times.
  • Job Applications - The number of applications made to each job.

In addition we can provide you with reports that will show you how well your website is doing - how many candidates it attracts, how many get to interview and how many self selected applicants you place.
