RDB ProNet’s architecture allows clients to customise their systems to meet their specific terminology, workflow requirements and rules. First Choice also undertakes a programme of continuous product enhancement and publishes updates to your system without over-writing any in-house changes.

Some of our development is driven by changes in legislation; First Choice was the first to be ready to help its clients with AWR compliance. Other modifications and plug-ins are the result of the emergence of popular providers in related fields – such as: job posting, CV parsing, finance and analytics – with whom First Choice partners and is credited with deeper integration that provides superior user experience than other recruitment software vendors.

Since we listen closely to our large community of users, much of the development of RDB ProNet is led by our clients. We store a "wish list" of ideas given to us which assists with the direction of product development, while at the same time delivering what our clients need and want to benefit their business. In addition, it is not unusual for clients to request specific functionality, which we cater for in a timely manner at competitive development rates.
