We provide you with a whole suite of mainstream applications that run on fast, high quality servers that can be accessed from any PC or MC with an internet connection without the limitations of a browser interface. We back that up with best of breed Anti Virus Software, Firewalls, Backup and Technical Support.
Most companies who offer an "ASP" solution simply offer you access to their application on a remote server. This will generally be very cheap as, in fact, you are getting very little for your money and it’s likely that you won’t even be able to integrate with your desktop applications. For example, you will still be picking up mail on your local PC while viewing your database "on-line". So, if you move to a different office or wish to work from home you won’t be able to see your mail, your Word docs or Excel spreadsheets ... Nor will you be able to synchronise your diary with your Outlook diary or your phone or PDA. Often there will be no agreement to back up your data on the ASP solution, and you will certainly have to back up all your documents and data in your Office applications on your local machines.

For a small initial investment we will set you up with the latest copy of RDB ProNet, Outlook and other Office Applications on your own Virtual Desktop that you can access from anywhere in the world for little more than £5 per day (ex VAT) per user, and it’s all backed up and fully supported.
How do you save money? This solution provides you with low cost access to an otherwise expensive solution with low up-front costs. We provide Virtual Office and Software Support, Server Software, Back ups, Anti Virus, Firewall, Outlook, Word and Excel Office applications all running on fast, high quality servers with a high degree of redundancy built in to the hardware/software infrastructure. We also have generator backup to further reduce the risk of downtime (though so far it has never fired up in anger).
All you need is a PC or a laptop, an operating system (windows XP, Vista and 7 are all supported) and an internet connection. Your PC can even be an old, slow thing - because all the processing is done on the server whether you’re connected with an ancient 386 or the latest kit - it doesn’t matter - you still get fast processing. This saves you money by not having to upgrade your desktop PCs - in most cases you can use an Apple MAC if you’d prefer.
Reduced or even eliminated IT support costs. As long as you can connect to the internet we look after the rest. Get rid of that useless "IT Support" company that charges you a fortune each year or that part-time techie who goes sick or is on holiday just when you need them.
