Both Applicants and Clients log on to a secure portal where they can easily create new timesheets or confirm submissions. This software communicates live using a web service with the RDB ProNet database so there are NO imports or exports, just instant updates as they happen in real time.
Applicants and Clients can be sent automated Email or SMS ‘updates’ to either remind them of a timesheet to submit or to confirm or report the status of their timesheet submission – “Your Timesheet has been Approved and passed to Payroll for Processing”. These updates can be set to your specific business model and needs thereby providing a unique and personal service with no additional administration requirements on your team.
